We’re more than happy to assist in any or all aspects of planning your party, & we’re available to discuss any element of the menu, wine selection, & more. We’ll be happy to provide you with a detailed cost analysis to ensure that your party meets within your budget requirements, & we would also be happy to assist in making the arrangements of any special decorations, needed rentals, or music.
SOME ITEMS OF KEY NOTE
Please note that final menu selections must be made no later than one week prior to your function.
To make sure that things run as smoothly as possible, & so that they may do so without hassle or last minute issue, we ask that you notify our office of the exact number of guests no later than one week prior to your function. As this is when we often place our final orders for our own deliveries, the final count must be given at this time & no changes can be made past this deadline.
The exact number of special substitute entrees are to be specified along with your guarantee as to the number in attendance (substitute entrees will be charged at no less than the same per person price of the previously selected entree). All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that all attendance or changes must be in writing via. fax or e-mail
PAYMENT & SERVICE CHARGES
We do require a non-refundable deposit of $500 for all Banquets and Weddings. This will hold your reservation and will be fully credited against your final bill. For function’s over 50 guests then one-half of the estimated charge is required 3 weeks prior your function. All remaining balances will be settled at the end of the event in question.
A service charge will be added to your catering bill if our staff is required to assist with service. In the event that our catering is just a drop off and pick up and no staff assistance is required then we will charge you a flat fee of $75.00 in the DC area. A chef’s attendant fee of $30/hour will be assessed for each Chef required for preparation or carvings.
All prices include:
- Full assessment & client consultation.
- Customized menu planning.
- Recipe research & personalized grocery shopping for the freshest ingredients.
- Meal preparation.
- Food packaging.
- Appropriate labeling and storing.
- Reheating instructions.
- Clean up of your kitchen and trash removal when finished.
